Returns may be done upon authorization only and may be subject to a $50.00 restocking fee. Registers ordered incorrectly that have been installed cannot be returned for full credit. Please contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
All customer must follow the directions in the warranty section of this website to be eligible for receive the warranty service. Registers thought to be turned in for warranty service fraudulently or without a warranty card on file will not be repaired under the warranty.
You will not be given a new register under your warranty period. The warranty covers repairs to the register you purchased. You are responsible for shipping the register into us for the repair, we handle repairs as a top priority and normally ship back out to you the very next day. We will pay UPS ground shipping rates to ship that register back to you.
